Question:

What is the difference between Buchinger and alkaline fasting?

Answer:

Buchinger fasting is a liquid only fast with a limit of 250 – 300kcal whereas alkaline fasting allows you to eat fruits, vegetables and seeds with a limit of 900kcal per day.

With both, I have seen wonderful results, and there is a right time for each type of fast throughout the year. It is important to listen to your body about what is right for you at a specific moment in your life.
